How to make a Birdcage Veil Bridal Hair Accessory
For weddings, a variety of accessories are worn by brides. A traditional bridal accessory is the wedding veil. The wedding veil is used by brides to shield the face during the wedding. Unlike longer wedding veils used in times past, the short veil style is now on trend for bridal millinery. This articles shares a short and easy to follow tutorial. Tools for the day: Scissors Tape rule Beads (flatbacks) Metal comb (3 inches) Birdcage veil Hot glue In place of the metal comb which is also known as a fascinator comb, you can use alligator clips. Choose a suitable colour and for this project, you will need two pieces. Measure out 16 inches across the length of the birdcage and 8 inches across the width. Try to follow the pattern of the material when cutting it up. Spread out the cut fabric, scrunch up the edges and stitch it up.
